In Demand Toys are a partnership between Nicholas Wells & Matthew Wells, and located at Unit 18 Murrayfield Road, Union Park, Norwich, NR6 6NQ. All our prices are listed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and include VAT (unless shopping from a VAT exempt country). In Demand Toys aim to supply correct information all the time, although we do have the right to remove a product or cancel an order if we list an item incorrectly or at an incorrect price, and also we can refund a customers order due to unreasonable/rude/aggressive/bullying communication. Stock levels are usually accurate, but if an item is unfortunately out of stock after an order is made we will contact you within 72 hours and offer you the option of it being placed on back order or a refund/alternative. All credit cards are accepted including American Express. We do not accept cheques, cash or postal orders for online orders. All our products are genuine licensed products, we do not offer KO (knock off) products or bootlegs of any kind and encourage buyers to not purchase these items. We do not sell to re-sellers so we reserve the right to cancel/refund orders we believe to be bought to be re-sold at a profit.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Update For European Customers:-
Since the UK have now left the EU there are changes you need to be aware of if shipping outside the UK. Pricing will now show minus UK VAT, so prices will seem cheaper, but there will be fees when you receive it in your country which are added by your country. These fees are not refundable and we do not devalue invoices to avoid fees.
Mint in Box / Mint on Card Collectors:-
We only ship out undamaged packaging/products, but we do not guarantee items will arrive in mint condition, mint in box/mint on card collectors are advised to try and shop instore so can see what they are buying. We will not replace an item based on box condition(if minor damage has happened), and excessive damage will be considered once photos are seen. Returns on damaged boxes are at buyers cost but always accepted.
Shipping is free to the UK on orders of £50 and over once discounts, coupons, ID Points have been deducted. There is certain products which due to their size/weight the free/economy shipping is not available. Under £50 orders are from £2.75 in the UK. European customers are advised to add items to cart to see the shipping cost at checkout, it is a flat rate regardless of order size. All of our products are shipped from the UK. Free delivery/Economy delivery and RM24 to the UK is by Royal Mail. Expedited option is by Parcel Force . We do occassionally use a different service at our discretion or if a product requires it. Parcel Force next day orders will arrive the next working day IF ordered before 1.30pm(Approximately, however we cannot guarante an order ships the same day if purchased close to this time). Next day items placed on Friday before 1.30pm will arrive Monday excluding bank holidays. Shipping times are based on when the item is dispatched, not from the time of the order. We cannot guarantee an item will ship the same day even when an expedited option is chosen. The RM48 option which is the cheapest and the free UK option does not give any insurance/compensation from Royal Mail. If this option is chosen and an item does not arrive, but is marked as delivered by Royal Mail, we cannot offer any financial compensation or re-send items. If an item does not show as delivered we will offer a maximum of £30 compensation. RM24 and PF services will be fully guaranteed for loss.

Change of Address:-
If you need to change the shipping address of an existing order you must contact us to amend it, changing it on your account WILL NOT update existing orders.
Please check deliveries as soon as it arrives as any problems need to be reported within 72 hours of the item being received. Unwanted items can be returned for a full refund as long as they arrive back to us in the same condition they were received in, they have to be returned within 14 days of receiving them. We may charge a restocking fee if the item is returned after the 14 days policy or returned in a different condition to how it was sent. If an item is ordered in specifically for a customer (as in not offered normally on the site) there will be a restocking fee deducted from a refund. Return costs are the customers responsibility. If an item is faulty please contact us straight away for a replacement or refund if a replacement is not available. The original item will likely need to be returned before a replacement or refund is sent. We can supply return labels to help with returns which may be at the customers cost. Our return address is:-

Pre-Order Process & Policy:-
Unless stated, all pre-orders are for the UK release of stock, UK stock often appears slightly later than import stock. Sometimes import stock may be offered to pre-order customers at additional costs or added to the site at a later date. 10% Deposits are fully refundable except on the following items:-
1)Single items with a full rrp value of £100 or more.
2)Orders with a full rrp combined value of £100 or more.
Full payment pre-orders can be cancelled with a 100% refund, unless they fit into one of the 2 categories above where a 10% admin fee will be deducted from the refund. We cannot offer store credit either as an alternative to losing a deposit. Repeated cancellations could end in accounts being restricted to in stock orders only. Pre-Orders with a 10% deposit balances are paid when we send an email with a link to pay the balance, the same way a normal order is paid. Reminders will be sent once an item is in stock. If a balance is not paid 7 days after the item arrives in stock the pre-ordered stock will be released to other customers. Pre-orders cannot be transfered to another customer under any circumstances. We strongly advise not mixing pre-orders due in stock over different dates. We know these dates are sometimes hard to know and can change, but we do not split orders and cannot guarantee availability of all order items when there is a large date gap between arrivals. We cannot merge, split, or part cancel orders at any time.
In stock items can be cancelled for a full refund as long as the item has not been dispatched. If it is dispatched the customer can return the item at their own expense and it is the customers responsibility to get the item back to us in the condition it was received in. For Pre-Order cancellation info see the paragraph above. Often orders with multiple items arrive at different times, we strongly urge customers to take care when mixing pre-order items due at different times as orders will ship when the order is complete. With this in mind, we DO NOT part cancel an order at any time. For example, we have held item 1 and 2 for three months, item 3 arrives and we request balance for item 1,2 and 3. You have to either cancel all 3 items or pay for all 3, we will not cancel single items. This is to avoid us holding onto items for weeks and months only for it to not be wanted any more. Sorry no exceptions. The items may not be added into stock after cancellation either. Orders which contain multiple items (in stock or pre-orders) cannot be part cancelled, the entire order has to be cancelled and then the required items re-ordered(where still available) Pre-Owned items cannot be returned.
We get a lot of buyers purchasing at our very competitive pricing to re-sell at a profit. Although we do not actively restrict this, we do hold the right to cancel any orders which we feel may be stopping standard customers obtaining items, especially clearance or hard to find items. We also do not guarantee bulk purchase items/orders arrive mint as generally there is more items in a box and these can be damaged by couriers on route to destinations, especially international orders. These can still be returned at buyers cost as long as we are notified within 48 hours of the items being received. Bulk orders may also be delayed until a second batch of a delivery if they arrive in allocations.
ID Points are automatically earnt with every purchase, 1 point for every £1 spent. Using them is very easy, at checkout you will be asked if you wish to use them all or save until another time. If you use them the point value in £’s is deducted from your order. Sometimes the system will round the value up for the customers benefit leaving a negative balance.
Age Restricted Items & Product Safety:-
Some of our items are suitable for ages 15+ only and are sold as a collectable and NOT a toy. These generally include products based on adult TV and Movies and video games, premium collectables, Japanese items and other select products which will clearly be marked on the website. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure these do not get passed on to a child as some may not be safety tested for children. All our products suitable for children are CE marked and passed EU safety tests.
